I was extreamly happy with the service we recived from the store colleague James, he was more then happy to help, he met us at the door, offered me and my wife a drink, was more then happy to assist us on the sleep match bed, then when trying mattresses that matched our needs he got us pillows to lay on them with which made the world of difference, even after we had picked a mattress he still asked us to try others to make sure we had made the right decision, he went above and beyond to make sure we made the right decision for us. Would deffinatly return
