Saw a product online which I wanted to see in store. Went to nearest store In Hull (Quay side) Greeted very well and safely. Product was on shop floor ready to be seen. Placed order quickly with no messing about. Offered a drink as I waited for order to complete. Literally in and out. Very friendly staff.

Very pleasant salesman (Alan) at Hull he knew his onions sold us what we needed not the most expensive but gave all the right answers and explained very well a great employee for your company

Had looked at product on line and went into store to look at product. Was taken straight to product and then advised on mattress. Quick efficient service. Social distancing adhered to and hand sanitizer available on entering store

Booked a time slot, was greeted by my name, the lady spent time understanding what I wanted and my budget and showed me an array of mattresses which met both. She gave me time and space to try them out and was lovely and chatty when I placed my order. It was the first time over shopped since lockdown so I was nervous but she put me totally at ease.
