Booked a time slot, was greeted by my name, the lady spent time understanding what I wanted and my budget and showed me an array of mattresses which met both. She gave me time and space to try them out and was lovely and chatty when I placed my order. It was the first time over shopped since lockdown so I was nervous but she put me totally at ease.

We had a wonderful experience with buying our new mattress here. The sales assistant Gemma was outstanding. Gemma listened carefully at what our needs are and showed us several mattresses for our needs. She also introduced us to the technology to find out perfect mattress. She was patient and very friendly. The store was very clean and sanitiser was used after each customer laid on a bed. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We could not of wished for a better experience. We are so pleased we decided to book the appointment as we feel we have found the perfect mattress for us both. We will be back in the coming months to purchase for our children. Thank you.
