From start to finish I was impressed with the knowledge and current understanding of the new rules set in place for everyone to shop comfortable and safely The sales assistant had very good knowledge and had very good customer service skills Left the shop very happy

Attention given by staff, friendly greeting, no pressure sales technique, consideration of our needs and comfort (drinks offered), diligence in determining the best product for our needs, provision of a pillow to assist in selection of appropriate mattress.
