Attention given by staff, friendly greeting, no pressure sales technique, consideration of our needs and comfort (drinks offered), diligence in determining the best product for our needs, provision of a pillow to assist in selection of appropriate mattress.

The assistant, James, was very pleasant and helpful. He guided us through the available products and gave plenty of time for us to try out the various mattresses and left us ample time to discuss them between ourselves. Ordering was efficient and friendly with good interaction with other members of staff The store was well set out to cope with social distancing and hygiene standards were adhered to. Overall a very satisfactory experience.
