The staff members were both very friendly and helpful, explaining the mattresses and beds But also leaving us to it, no pressure selling! We used the machine to analyse how we sleep Too which gave advice on the mattress for us. It was great. Also, the social distancing set up was efficient and it felt safe shopping there.

Dan, the gentleman who delt with our questions and purches was very knowledgable and cheerful. We felt the experience was very personalised to our needs as a consumer and very happy with the overall experience.
