Gemma was very friendly and helpful especially with using Sleepmatch. She had a good knowledge of the mattresses in the shop and explained the options and choices well but left us to make our own decision.

Nice shopping experience, staff where pleasant, not pushy in any way, knew everything about the products. Found what we wanted, ordered, paid & left. Our new bed comes on Friday. Very satisfied would certainly return & recommend.

Highly delighted with the service I received during my visit to the store. The staff were very professional with a good understanding of the beds available. I was very impressed with the speed of service and left the store very happy.
