The assistance we received from Craig was first class. He was very polite and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to us. He was not pushy or overbearing as we have found in other stores. Importantly he gave us the time to discuss the purchase between ourselves without 'hanging around'.

We went out to look but not buy Craig was very helpful and knew his products so it seemed silly to not purchase the bed there and then

Myself and husband was given excellent service by James at the hull store . I’d popped in on a Saturday .... then wrnt back in with my husband on the Monday to purchase . We did the sleep mattress test which I found very useful as I thought I was looking for something very different to what the test can back with ! But then when James started to show us different qualities, and combinations of products I was quite surprised. So it’s definitely worth doing the test ! Can’t wait to have my mattress delivered ! We got the offer on ours where you get 2 free Tempur pillows .... they are amazing I went for the soft , and have found I don’t move around as much during the night . Will definitely come back to these guys to buy in the future .... they know there stuff !

Customer service was brilliant, we have been to Hull store several times and Alan knew this and remembered the specific mattress we were interested in. I cannot fault anything

Both Allan and Dan took time to explain the product and the new programme to determine the type of mattress most suited to our needs. Allan explained the make up of the different mattresses along with the pillows to aid sleep. Also the disposing of the old mattress in an environmentally friendly way. Allan also checked the availability of the mattress along with the best delivery day for us.
