The store was clean and tidy, all staff members demonstrated positive body language and I was offered assistance without pressure. The choice of mattresses reflected technology to provide the most appropriate mattress for customers.

Alan was helpful but not pushy, he helped with our selection but waited for us to decide, no heavy closure tactics which we appreciate as customers

The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Noone pounced on you as soon as you walked in the store, I loved the amount of styles available. Also I was shown mattresses in all price ranges.

Very friendly colleagues who where there to help in an instant. Even made my fussy daughter a decaf coffee!

from going into the store and enquiring, we were seen to straight away guided to which was the best for our needs, given a hot drink, all was very friendly

Visited the Hull store and was greeted on arrival. Had a good browse around testing the mattresses for comfort. Did the mattress test which was brilliant and so helpful. Grace who assisted us when we chose a new mattress was really helpful, polite and her knowledge was also fantastic. Very happy and can't wait for delivery. Highly recommended to family and friends.

We where greeted politely when entering the story assistance was offered but not pushed. The assistant made him self available to us when we needed him but left us alone when appropriate so we felt comfortable trying the products. The assistant had good knowledge on the products.
