Dreams - Hull

We were made very welcome and was greeted by a very friendly assistant (Grace) who explained all aspects of beds and accommodated our needs perfectly

My wife and I have visited the store a number of times while we were looking for our ideal bed. The staff and products available ensured that we would buy from Dreams as the visits each time were made pleasurable. The staff were the most welcoming and curteous you could want and didn't hassle you at any time or try to hard sell any products. When asked they were extremely knowledeable about the products and were very patient when it came to testing the beds/mattresses numerous times. Frome entry we were greeted individually and asked if we would like refreshments and also asked if we had anything in particular in mind. After selection of the product the assistant was very helpful in ensuring that everything was covered prior to final payment and made sure that we fully understood each item on the final bill. Overall a very welcoming and pleasurable experience which has made our minds up in returning to Dreams in the future for any further purchases and has also made us want to recommend this company to our friends and colleagues.

The brand name sold the product. Craig was very helpful and patient and knew his product very well.

There was a good range of products to choose from and the assistant was very helpful but not pushy

No pressure sales was very relaxing given time to look around very helpful.

Staff member was very knowledgeable. Replacing a mattress for an Ikea bed and he knew the measurements I needed. Was shown a few different types for what I wanted and was given time to try at my leisure. I was able to take the mattress away that day, so I am very pleased overall.

Dan the store manager @ Hull was highly professional and knowledgeable. Assuring he told us anything we needed to know before making the purchase currently waiting for delivery. Purely due to Dan's service, I would recommend others to Dreams
