We were highly satisfied with all aspects of the buying process. All the information given to us was given with great product knowledge in a very friendly manner and been able to have a joke and laugh with the sales assistant which is very important to me as you only buy from people that you like. James was excellent and professional in his approach.

The two gentlemen who helped my husband and I, were extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure we had all the information needed when deciding on the product to buy, the buying process was extremely quick and efficient too. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family, one of the better retail experiences I have had in a long time

Kathryn was very helpful. Asked what I was looking for in a mattress. Talked me through the mattress assessment process. Suggested mattress based on the results and alternatives. Once she had shown me the different mattresses she left me to make my decision. She didn't hover on my shoulder as some more annoying sales assistants can do. She provided me with all relevant information about the mattress I picked and the delivery process.

on entering the store, we were greeted with a smile by Gemma, who put us at ease and explained the way around the store. Gemma offered the option of the sleep match experience which we accepted. following the experience we were given pillows to try out the suggested mattresses. Gemma checked everything was ok, but was not intrusive. once we had chosen a mattress we approached Gemma to assist us with the purchase, a drink was offered which we accepted. Gemma then assisted us through the various purchase options and helpfully suggested some additional products. We found the whole experience stress free and didn't feel pressured at any point.
