An exceptionally well informed sales person who gave us as much time as we wanted to try products. There was no hard sell. felt we could walk away at any time. Good range of products. Liked the computerised assessment of sleeping positions to advise on type of mattress most suited.

Went through the sleep match machine and was very satisfied of the selection of mattresses we were recommended, while the prices are high the quality more than makes up for it.

Met by very helpful staff. Given an opportunity to browse at leisure without any pressure. All our questions were answered satisfactorily. Very knowledgeable staff member James helped us with our options.

I was really impressed with the sales assistant who was called Craig (st Andrews quay store) he took a lot of time with my teen son to find him the right bed at the right price for us. No hard sell but lots of interest in what we wanted and information on the products. He was really great, even my sin said so when we left the store.
