Dreams - Hull

We were greeted by a lovely sales assistance called Grace who took the time to allow us to try out the bed machine that helps chose your perfect mattress. After doing so, she took us around all the mattress she thought matched us, giving full details about the type of mattress we would be getting. She wasn’t pushy and was honest with answers. I like that in a store. My bf had seen another mattress in another shop. After shopping around, we did a week later chose to go back to dreams to test more mattress’ out. We were greeted this time by the store manager Holly, who was lovely, chatty and a great help in allowing us time to test all the mattress’ again. Grace was working the same day and remembered us so came over to say hello, which again I love to see in a store, a friendly and welcoming atmosphere definitely makes for an easy purchase. Amazingly the day we went back to the store was a 20% discount on mattress’ so we bought our first tried mattress. Not only did Grace go that extra mile in helping us find a mattress she also told us every possible way we could pay for the mattress which again made life easier by not putting such a large amount of money down straight away.

It was a very professional and friendly approach. A bit of comedy thrown in too - use of the computerised bed to determine which one was right for us. A great salesman without being pushy at all

Gemma and her colleague were really helpful. Very pleasant, not pushy, felt very much at ease with Gemma who mainly dealt with us. A pleasant experience, as I do not like shopping.

We were given the opportunity to use the ‘sleep match’ then we were shown a range of mattresses to try out. We were given the freedom to walk around without being hounded by the assistants and given a drink too.

The staff member who helped us choose our mattress was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Made the whole process easy. Wasn’t pushy and hes the reason I would recommend Dreams to my friends and family.
