Attentive staff. Good customer service.

Gemma the sales assistant was very helpful but also left us to spend plenty of time to decide without being overbearing or pushy. This is always nice and makes you want to buy from this type of sales person.

Grace was a wonderful person to deal with, the guidance through “the best experience” or “ideal way” to purchase a bed was clear from the off with her. Taking advantage of technology in store to make sure we got the correct mattress was a huge factor, almost making the bed frame/base a secondary. A good selection of beds, offered drinks, excellent advice and service, all in all a very good experience.

james was extremely helpful explained things in layman terms and was extremely good with our 20mth old who started crying while we were on the computer bed. We neither felt rushed or pushed towards any mattress .

Our needs were met quickly and efficiently, all the staff were friendly and we were very pleased overall with the experience.

Very helpful and knowledgable assistant who looked after us very well

The assistant was very knowledgeable, assessed our sleeping positions and recommended several mattresses across a range of prices. We were able to try out a number of mattresses with no pressure and at our own pace. Recommendations were also made about pillows to maximise our comfort. Our order was placed quickly and efficiently.

Craig at hull St. Andrews quay was very helpful polite and professional. Was lovely to be offered a drink. I have not been bed or mattress shopping for many years so couldn’t really compare to other services. I was amazed by the bed test service and how easy it was to then find the correct mattress. I am looking forward to receiving my purchase and have a fab nights sleep. I already have to cool pillow and was amazing waking up with no neck pain for the first time in ages. Amazing !
