Dreams - Hull

Highly satisfied with the whole experience, staff were great they weren't in your face but gave us the tools to choose our mattress using the sleepmatch machine giving us good pillows to lay on mattresses and gave us a hot drink while we thought throug our purchase. Thumbs up to Grace top effort well done.

Grace was very friendly without being pushy. She understood what we required and made the buying experience as painless as possible. When we first visited the store all the computer systems were down but Grace explained the options if we wanted to place an order then but also gave us full information about alternative opening times/remaining sale days to get the mattress at the price show. We returned a couple of days later and all staff thanked us for taking the time to come back to continue our purchase.

Quick easy assistant greeted me straight away, helped me make my decision didnt try to make me go for the more expensive one as it's for occasional use, he was very helpful

Greeting on entering the store was very friendly. We were immediately shown to the sleep match machine which was amazing! Gemma, the member of staff who helped with out order, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was patient with us when we needed time to decide and even made us a coffee which made us feel valued. When it came time to order she offered us all the appropriate add-ons without it feeling like aggressive upselling. Overall very pleased with the service we received from Gemma and the overall Dreams experience.

Craig was knowledgeable and was able to point us in the right direction as to what would be the best purchase for us. Everything was done easily and smoothly

We had very specific requirements for a bed for a lodge. Craig approached us , was not pushy or over bearing. His product knowledge was spot on and his personal experience was appreciated. He is a credit to your company and genuinely nice guy.

Gemma in the Hull store was fabulous... the mattress was for my teenage son and she included him in the conversations and spoke to him direct which made the shopping experience easier! A credit to your company

First time I have shopped in Dreams The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even asking if we would like a cup of tea during our visit. The assistant, Gemma, apologised for a glitch with the IT (not her fault) whilst we were ordering the bed etc, which I thought was very polite as a lot of shop assistants do not do this. We were only waiting minutes so it was not a problem. We were very pleased with the variety of beds and mattresses on display, and I was very pleased with the option of having the bed frame built, which I opted for, and the old bed and mattress being recycled. A pleasant experience and one I would recommend.
