Dreams - Hull

We went to the store in Hull to look at mattresses and wanting to see what they were like before purchasing. We were helped by the store manager he was so helpful and knowledgeable, we were tempted to buy online however felt that due to the incredible service we decided to purchase in store to support keeping retail shops open.

Sales person was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. The technology used really helped us narrow down what we needed and the whole process was easy and fun.

Staff really helpful and friendly and no pressure put on us to buy anything.

Made very welcome and was explained very easy our needs and no pushing of products which we didn't need just actually listened to what we wanted

I would highly recommend a visit to Dreams store at St Andrew Quay Hull. I visited the store and the assistant Gemma was extremely friendly knowledgable very helpful when I was deciding which mattress would suit my needs she was able to give me all information required. I have previously bought a top quality king sized bed from Dreams about 5years ago which love and is very comfortable . I placed an order over the phone the next day with Gemma for our guest room we could not fault the service we received from Gemma thankyou .yours sincerely mrs c ward.

Craig was really helpful. He greeted us as we came in and helped use the sleep match to find our ideal mattress. He made sure we had a pillow each to try out mattresses. He wasn't over powering but was on hand when needed. His product knowledge was extensive and he was really friendly. He offered us a drink while we placed our order too.
