The memeber of staff who dealt with my purchase Grace was very very helpful and friendly - she made choosing the right bed really easy and she was very knowledgeable in the rang e of products on offer in store.

Allan met us at the door left us to wander about for a few minutes before coming over to help us with the different types of mattresses you sell He explained the colour codes you use in store to differentiate between the types of products and was most helpful

I've good exactly what I want, in a short space of time I had available and with great discount too. Shop assistant was very knowledgeable of goods and the store and services available giving me instant answers to every question.

We were purchasing a Tempur mattress and had a few questions over the differences between the mattresses in Dreams and the ones on the Tempur website. We had been into the store on 3 occasions and at all times our questions/queries were dealt with efficiently and all staff were very knowledgeable. No-one was 'pushy' as in other stores we went in and walked straight out of again. We were allowed to take our time and were not pressured in the slightest. Very impressed with the whole store.

No sales pressure. Gemma was very approachable, friendly and helpful. The whole process was very easy and relaxed. The manager was very friendly too. I would definitely recommend and/or use again.

Faye was welcoming and friendly when we arrived at Dreams. She allowed us to browse around the store at our own pace and gave advice when asked. She offerred us drinks and gave us an array of pillows to try for our specific needs.
