Holly in Hull The Junction was just absolutely spot on. As a medical professional being exemplary is key and Holly just nailed it. Absolute pleasure working with her. It's so refreshing to have someone whom is genuinely good at their job and clearly enjoys being there and being confident and thorough with both Colleagues and Customers. The salesperson left us to browse and asked if we needed assistance without being overbearing. He left us to chat when we asked him and came back when we needed him. He answered our questions and didn't try to oversell us anything. His name was Allan and he was very easy to talk to and not pushy at all.

The layout of the store was excellent making it very easy to find what we was looking for. Holly gave us excellent assistance and made the experience very fun.

Always a great experience shopping at the DREAMS Hull store. Staff are always so friendly and helpful, they help with finding the right products for me such as mattress, pillows and bedding that's within my budget. Always a nice bonus when they offer me a drink and biscuits!

We were very satisfied with our shopping in Dreams Hull branch we got good service and the staff gemma were very helpful. We would visit again when needing bedding.

Despite the hiccup with the IT equipment as we were checking out the rest of our visit was fine. Your staff were excellent - very professional, knowledgeable and friendly - Alan in particular, who was very kind & patient, with my slight indecisions. He was able to answer all my questions.
