Dreams - Hull

We were treated very well on our visit to the store. The sales assistant was very friendly without been overbearing and was extremely knowledgeable about the products in store. I was also impressed with the high tech mattress selection machine, it gave us a very good indication of the most suitable level of firmness we would probably require. Consequently we were able to select a mattress without too much messing about.

Alan was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to help me out. Very clean store and very friendly staff and not pushy like normal sales people.

Both Alan and the store manager Dan were very patient and attentive with our needs. They were happy to work slightly past closing to make sure we got the bed we wanted and needed

Allan, the assistant who helped me, very quickly understood my needs and my budget and arrived at what I needed/could afford in less than 10 minutes. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

I was shopping with my children to whom the mattresses were intended and as we walked through he door the sale assistant(Gemma) came over and asked if any assistance was required. She asked the girls the position of their sleeping and handed the appropriate pillows, she then listened to my requirements and she fully explained the structure of the mattresses and which colours on the mattresses to look for for my requirements. She then left us to try out numerous mattresses and once we were happy with the choice she carefully noted which ones were requires in the correct size, one mattress needed to be a small double which are not always easy to find. my husband and I were offered a hot drink and the children a bottle of water each. It was such a pleasant shopping experience which we did think was going to be a headache before coming out! so thank you Dreams for assisting our needs and making it as easy as possible. the team was super, so friendly and welcoming and without being overpowering and pushy. the team in Hull St Andrews are a real credit to your company.

Kathryn served us at the Hull store, she was polite and friendly, and gave us space to try out the mattress and come to a decision whilst supporting us at the same time. Kathryn was very helpful and went that extra mile which made us feel valued as a customer and probably one of the best experiences we have had in a long time with shopping for an item. Very good value very money and also great Delivery service.

We entered the store in Hull without any idea what we were looking for, we just knew we needed a bed in our first home! The sales assistant was so helpful right from the off, he explained what we might be looking at, the options available and the price ranges, we did the Dreams experience to get recommendations on the bed that was right for us and then we tried out some of the options recommended based on our price range. Our sales assistant was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. We picked a mattress that was perfect for us and placed the order and our sales assistant was also super helpful with delivery options given we haven’t yet got the keys to our new home. Excellent experience from start to finish!
