Friendly attention without being pushy. Left me to look around at leisure after pointing out the items within my requirement. Offered me a coffee and pillow and looked after my coat so I didn't have to carry it around with me. A pleasant and easy experience.

The prices were competitive with other retailers and the manager made an effort to price match with accompanying pillows so we bought one and got one free which matched the total price of the order with another retailer on the same site.

The colour coding was explained when we arrived making it easy to find which type you want. The sales guy was helpful and gave us space go look around the shop without feeling pressured, he even made us a cup of tea whilst we were looking. The breakdown of prices and information on each bed was easy to understand.
