The store assistant Robin was very friendly and approachable, he made finding the ideal mattress much easier and was very knowledgeable on the mattresses I asked about.

We were greeted when we arrived at the store, St. Andrews Quay, Hull. Tony asked if he could get us a coffee whilst we browsed, then ask used if we needed assistance. We explained that mum needed a new bed due to her arthritis and Tony was able to recommend what was best for mum rather than try to sell the most expensive bed regardless of our requirements (as some other stores may). The divan, mattress and headboard we bought is excellent quality and luckily for us was in the sale. As we were under our budget, we could also afford new duvet, covers and pillows. Everything we bought was based on advice given by Tony and he could not have been more helpful. It took only ten minutes to complete the order and the delivery is arranged for a Saturday so that we can be at mums to help making the bed up. All in all, an pleasant experience with a genuinely nice chap (Tony)

Tony and Holly couldn't of done more for me. After receiving very poor help after a previous bed I bought, they have restored my faith haha! I couldn't of asked for better sales assistant. Holly went back and above for me and I couldn't thank her enough! Thank you once again! I would recommend this branch to all of my friends and family

The assistant Faye was very helpful but not pushy. She completely understood what our requirements were and she advised accordingly. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were welcomed by Rob as we entered the store and we knew what bed frame we wanted so asked him to assist which he showed us the types of bed and there operation. We were pleased with his help and explanations and pleased with our purchase. When I had previously been on line the information was " No beds of the type we were buying within a 30 mile radius ". Nonetheless we went to the store and they did have the bed frame in black but, as we wanted it in grey it has now been ordered.They could show us the swatch but did not have a swatch to give us so we compromised by cutting a strip off,for matching purposes.A sale could have been lost had we not ignored and gone to the store! I do think a couple of swatches would not break the bank!! Otherwise we hope to be pleased with our purchase.

I initially visited to look at products and prices. The assistant who aided me was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what I required in a mattress and swiftly narrowed down to the most appropriate. She did however talk me through all options to ensure I was making the right decision. All staff in store were happy and welcoming, at no point did I feel pressured in to making a purchase. In fact I returned 2 days later to make the purchase. Even though the assistant who initially helped me was not on shift, the assistant who arranged my purchase ensured the credit went to the original assistant which pleased me. Its also nice to point out that none of the staff judged me for being indecisive and repeatedly testing the same 2 mattresses over a period of about 15 minutes....

The assistant was very calm and understanding,knowledgeable and not pushy, which suited me fine. She answered all my questions and worked out prices for me. It was refreshing to have an assisstant not forcing you to buy, she hung around in the background while l was deciding but was on hand should l need her.
