Customer service was excellent. The store assistant (Gemma) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in presenting options, but gave us space to consider without being 'pushy'.

Holly was lovely and took the time to get to know what we needed, she gave us loads of information without leaving us feeling pressurised. Friendly service with a smile!

We were greeted instantly and being questioned about what we were looking for. We were offered a drink on arrival and given actual pillows in order to be able to try the mattresses properly. Faye was lovely and caring of our needs.

Very friendly, gave us all the information we needed, then let us look around and talk on our own so didn't feel pressured. Very relaxed. Gave great advice. Very happy with the service.

Very friendly, none pushy staff.

As soon as my partner and I walked into the store we were greeted by a friendly employee called Grace. She took her time first explaining how the store worked and then taking the time to understand what we where looking for and trying to help us find the right item for us. We did not feel pressured into buying anything just that the help was there if needed.

We were looked after by Tony but also other members of staff helped and they were all extremely friendly and professional We were given plenty of time to test out different beds and never felf rushed or pushed to make a decision. advice was offered when asked for. The whole experience was a pleasure
