The member of staff was attentive to our needs spent time with us but equally left us on our own to make the decisions that we needed to. There was no pressure to buy any products and she was extremely good with our young child.

The sales man greeted us on our arrival and explained the different beds in different areas and the colour coding and then left us to browse until we ask for assistance and then help us make our minds up without undue pressure.
