Knowledgeable member of staff, friendly and polite. Was sympathetic to my elderly mothers needs and made her feel very comfortable and welcome. Very good.

Friendly / fast delivery / great products / great price. Went to Bensons for Beds in Hull next door and they could not off the same service. Got my mattress ordered with a delivery date in 6 days and given that we are moving and we were desperate this was brilliant.

When visiting your hull store for a mattress from walking into the store and making my purchase I found Kathryn the lady that served us very helpful nothing was to much trouble for her she showed us round all the mattress'swhich she felt met our needs very pleasant

I cannot remember the sales assistant's name but she was wonderful. She gave us space whilst we were looking and then came over as soon as she saw that we had looked up and were wanting to ask a question. The ordering process was simple and a date for delivery agreed. We also bought a second mattress whilst in store as it was such a bargain.

Me and my wife found the Dreams shopping experience very good. We got the perfect mattress and we also got a very nice bed at a good price too
