The service was excellent we where informed of all the different types of mattresses what would go with the bed we chose very delighted

Friendly staff who were patient and understood what type of product we were looking for.

I was greeted by the staff when I entered the store then given time to have a browse. Grace then greeted me (Hull store) and helped me out massively. I told her exactly what I wanted, she offered me close alternatives too so I could try a slightly softer mattress as well. The whole process was very efficient and didn't waste my time but I was in no way rushed, I felt very comfortable shopping there.

Highly satisfied with the experience at dreams, the staff were very friendly offering assistance and the little one got crayons to draw to lets us have a good look around while she was occupied. Everything is mark clearly and really liked the system of different color pillows and throws. Ordering was swift and easy was offered a hot drink which does not happen to often these days in store all in all have to say it was a pleasant experience and I'm the one who doesn't like to go shoping.
