Very helpful knowledgable and helpful staff made shopping for what we wanted a pain free experience

When i visisted the store i was firstly offered a cuppa tea 👍👍Holly answered all my questions which was alot off i may add & stayed calm & answered them all professionally ..would highly recommend a vidit on st andrews quay in Hull.

A lovely assistant was pushy was very helpful and we were offered a coffee which was very nice as we completed the paper work

Holly looked after me really well. She was extremely approachable and knowledgeable. Most importantly, Holly gave me time to consider the options available to me without any pressure. She understood what I was looking for and provided lots of options of me to consider. I was also given as much time as I needed to consider what I wanted to do. Holly is a lovely person with a great sense of humour. I felt informed and at ease as I made my choices. This was a really positive customer experience and the rest of the store team were lovely too. A really good experience, for which thank you. The team is a credit to you.

Previously bought 2 double beds from this store, and the boys are very happy with them. Therefore,when we needed a new mattress we returned and found the staff equally welcoming and helpful. We tried many mattresses and there was no hard sell re expense,but emphasis to find a mattress we found comfortable.

the shop assistance was brilliant her name was Faye she was really helpful she told us everything we wanted to know about the products we were buying from you and we are really great full and the cup of tea was okay yorkshire would of been better but overall was a very good experience

Me and my husband was highly satisfied as the as the staff of the store were very understanding of what we was looking for and gave %100 assistance with everything we needed. Staff were very kind and helpful and took us thought step by step of the process.
