We were greeted as we entered the store and asked if we wanted help or just wanted to looked around first . We asked a few questions and the assistant answered them . She then made us a drink ! and left us to look around at the beds we were considering . She brought us pillows to use and we tested many beds . She was most helpful and answered every query we had with excellent knowledge of the industry . As we were making up our minds she found out prices for specific requirements . It was an enjoyable experience . We decided on a purchase and the buying procedure was straight forward . Both Faye , who looked after us and Holly the manager were extremely friendy and helpful.

The sales representative Gemma was really helpful and not pushy at all. She gave us some great advice and allowed us to take our time to decide what we wanted. The store even had some colouring the kids could do while we browsed, they couldn't do enough for us making shopping for furniture with two small children in tow much easier!

We liked how the staff left us to browse after explaining what the coloured pillows ment. Giving us space to look around the store and trying out the beds on our own but then giving the help once we had decided what bed we wanted

The assistant, Gemma, was helpful without being pushy. We wanted a non-standard size 4ft double bed and she checked our requirements on the computer for availability to make sure we had exactly what we wanted.We were assured that we could change the delivery date if necessary and that if we found the mattress unsatisfactory we could exchange in store within 40 nights of delivery.

The member of staff who dealt with me was called Tony I had a specific problem with my disabled son who has weight problems , he couldnt have been more helpful polite or respectful , he had the knowledge i needed to make the right choice and without him i may still be looking for a badly needed replacement for my sons bed . to say i am grateful is an understatment Thank you

Colleague listened to the problems we had with our current mattress. He gave us lots of useful information to help us decide and to avoid potential problems we are currently experiencing. He did not try to influence our decision or crowd us to hurry. Indeed we were encouraged to take our time and lay on the beds and take our time to come to our decision.

From the moment we stepped through the door the Dreams colleagues could not have been nicer or more helpful. Holly and Faye made the experience of buying a new bed and mattress a very friendly and enjoyable experience. They were very informative on the products and talked us through all the options available and then left us alone so we could try out the mattress section and make our own minds up on our own. They also talked us through all the credit options and really could not of been any more helpful.
