Allan was knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. He listened to our needs and different sleeping positions, set us up on the automated mattress selection. Then he showed us the selected mattresses. I was very happy that he didn't try and push us directly towards the most expensive and encouraged us to try several before making our decision. You couldn't get a better salesperson.

We had the sleep match test and Dan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in pointing out the appropriate mattresses suitable for us.

The young man who served us (I believe his name was Rob, though I could be wrong) was beyond helpful, kind, considerate and courteous the entire time. A credit to the whole organisation and well in need of an immediate salary increase - an absolute marvel!

I explained my requirements to Gemma, she then showed me products that suited my needs. Upon completion of the sale, she even insisted on carrying the item to my car. Gemma helped me get my purchase into my car, which intailed rearranging the seating.

Went in not having a clue about what we wanted, bed or mattress. Was greeted by Craig who was fabulous from the start. Not too pushy but introduced himself and said was about if we needed him. After spending time looking at various products, very confusingly, Craig did pop back and advised us where needed about a lot of the products that we was looking at, and his knowledge about all the products was excellent. Got us on the testing bed thing and again pointed us in the right direction, at no point felt pressured at all about buying. Did go in the shop just to browse but Craig was fantastic and we did end up buying there and then.

Very helpful member of staff. Had the bed we required. Delivery included and soon. Easy purchase.
