Staff very friendly and came forward immediately I walked in and were very good without being pushy.

The young man who looked after us was very good and helpful, he knew the product.

Tony the salesman was really good very welcoming offered us coffee and was really helpful

Friendly and efficient service from a very knowledgable sales advisor. Gave detailed information on different products without trying to sway our decision.

I was helped straight away by Tony who indicated where I could find what I was looking for, he explained all of my options. This was the first store I visited and I did not feel the need to go looking elsewhere.

we went into the store 3 times during the evening looking in all the bed shops in the area and each time we were acknowledged by Faye who was friendly and polite the 3rd time we placed an order and even though the closing time came and went while we made up our minds Faye was happy to proceed and did not rush us. a happy and pleasant experience - Thank You

the pricing structure at the end of each bed was very confusing and made price comparisons very difficult without assistance. this should be simplified to reduce dependence on a sales assistant who may not be free when required if the store is busy.

The knowledge of the staff was great. We felt we were under no pressure and was given time to look around and made to feel at ease.

The lovely assistant Gemma ( i think thats her name ) could not do enough for us. We were not intending on buying anything from Dreams as we were going to Bensons for beds to see their range before we bought but was treat so well by your staff and loved the choice. Especially the 40 day trail. SO we decided to buy there and then withoout going anywhere else and that is a first for me. Our previous bed was from Dreams as well so Thank you x

The assistant (Faye) made us both a lovely mug of coffee - very welcome on such a cold day. Also, Faye did leave us time to ourselves to try out the various mattresses, so we didn't feel pressured. Plus the other lady (Manager?) was also very friendly.
