the store was attractive with the beds well laid out. the staff were very polite and helpful

We visited the store twice before making a purchase. On both occasions we were quickly asked if we needed any assistance. The assistance provided was really good, staff were knowledgeable and not pushy. Other stores we visited either ignored us, or they didn't know their stuff and quoted random prices. Dreams staff were far better on both visits.

The lady (faye) in the hull store took a lot of time and effort in making sure I got what I wanted. She took good care of me and as I am heavily pregnant did a lot of running around after me. Also another girl (black hair I think) made sure I had a nice drink

We were greeted on arrival and the assistant was very helpful and cheerful, we quickly found what we wanted and were very satisfied.

The assistant was engaging and understood our needs as well as the products. Was a nice experience. The only thing I would say is more choice of small double (3/4) beds would have been beneficial to us

The salesman gave us plenty of time to try each and then gave us the pro and cons of each bed no pressure was given at any time A friendly environment Thank you

The colleague that helped us was Gemma. Her customer service and product knowledge was excellent. She asked us if we needed any help and explained the different types of mattress then left us to browse and try them out. She offered assistance when we needed it without being too pushy. I have experienced pushy service in similar stores and find it extremely off putting so Gemma's level of customer service was the perfect approach for me. She even offered us a hot drink and provided us with different pillows to try that were based on our sleeping preferences. The level of customer service we received was exceptional from the second we entered the store until the moment we left.

The salesperson,Tony, took the time to advise us on our choice and did so in a very efficient and professional manner. Excellent service all round.

This was the first time I had ever bought a mattress and I had no idea what I was doing. The Dreams staff approached me in store and took time to understand what I wanted and to advice me on what mattresses to try. Staff were extremely helpful. They were not at all pushy, leaving me alone to try the mattresses, which I appreciated. The order process was quick and easy. I cannot fault the delivery - I was able to choose a specific day that suited me and delivery was free. I was updated regularly on the progress of my order and the delivery men were helpful and considerate when bringing it into the house. Thank you Dreams for making my first mattress buying experience as easy as possible

Staff were excellent, very friendly and able to answer all questions asked of them.
