Polite and helpful staff. Made to feel welcome and no problems ,pushy sales, or been made feel to have to rush

Help was there when needed but also time on own to view, not harassed. Suitable suggestions made and good item knowledge

The staff were really helpful and friendly, not pushy or like sales people. They let me know they were there, should I need assistance. I sat and had a coffee and was given good product knowledge, when I couldn't decide which mattress to choose.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who spent time with my 90 year old father helping him to choose a mattress suitable for his needs by encouraging him to try the products and finding suitable alternatives to compare.

They were very busy the day I came in and still found time to see to my needs . They where very polite and had a lovely greeting smile .

Very helpful and very quick service

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I asked a question the staff were knowledgeable about the products available which helped with our decision.

Staff were friendly at the Hull St Andrews Quay store and also provided help when asked to amend the order.

Greeted upon arrival, didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and was assisted when I asked.
