First class member of staff. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Kathryn at the Hull store could not have been friendlier or more helpful and took time to assist us patiently as we were slow, elderly and needed some extra care.

Gemma, Craig, Dan and James were all so welcoming good humoured and keen to assist. They clearly knew their products inside out and couldn’t fault them.

Amazing customer service at Hull, think I was dealing with someone called Dan who went above and beyond to get me so bed side tables that had been discontinued but matched the bed I had just bought. He managed to get the last couple in store for me, he really spent the time to help me.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, very helpful
