Dreams - Hull

We were asked if we needed any help with our visit to look at the mattresses, we were advised where to look in the store and then left to look at them and to test them out. At no time were we pressured and when we asked for help, it was given in a friendly and knowledgable manner. We were even offered a cup of tea when we sat down to discuss price and ways to pay. Overall a very satisfying shopping experience.

Friendly service and straight forward sale

We was asked if we required assistance upon arrival but wasn't pestered which was a refreshing change. All staff were lovely and very helpful.

Went with the intention of buying a bed and within circa 30 mins we had made our choice and bought it. The staff were most helpful.

Myself and my mother were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped into dreams store. The assistance we're knowledgeable with everything, explaining the best deals and showing us exactly what we wanted. Not only this, the staff also helped us with ideas on how to decorate to go with new bed frame etc. And how the delivery would be approached. Lovely people, clean store and overall wonderful experience.
