Excellent services from the sales person, they are very friendly and honestly answering all our questions. She also demonstrated knowledge about all the product which help me.to select the one we prefer.

The member of staff spent a long time with myself & my partner even as we constantly moved back & forth between 2 different mattress. He was very knowledgeable about the products. Having gone out to think about the purchase we returned 1hr later & purchased the Tempur mattress & 2 pillows, this time we were assisted by another member of staff as the original was assisting another customer. The one who put our purchase through was just as helpful. We were offered water throughout our visits. I just wish I could recall the names of both of them.

The guy that helped us was really knowledgable and patient. He provided options and let us try the options without rushing us or making us feel as though we had to make a decision. We even popped away for a coffee to discuss which option and he was just as helpful and friendly even though we might not have returned to the store. When we went back we saw him, he made the ordering process easy and fast and was very clear about lead in times and delivery options. The store was clean and roomy it was a great experience and we will recommend to our family and friends.

Knowledgeable assistant who went out of his way to determine what I was looking for and then try different beds until I found the best for me.

The Salesperson was friendly and attentive, with very good knowledge of the products and answered our questions honestly. The products we ordered were tailored to our individual needs.

Excellent Assistant who spent a lot of time ensuring we got the right product and was not rushed over the time spent.

All staff were very helpful and informative. We tried the mattress test and the staff members took us to all possible options following the results. She also explained the pillow differences and gave us some to try in store. They gave us time on our own to discuss in private, didn't feel pressured and then came back over with a cracking deal. Store Manager was really flexible with our needs and was willing to hold on to the mattress for 4 weeks to give us time to sort space at home.
