Helpful, friendly, courteous staff. everything explained and advice given when asked. Spent a lot of money but the shopping was easy.

On entering the store, we started to look around, we were then advised about the different ranges and types of mattressess and to sample.Offered good advice when requested, no pressure.

On arriving at the store, the appearance and set up was very inviting , we knew what we was looking for and was able to locate the product with ease . Once we located the item we had a brief visual inspection and was able to try the product in our own time , Paul then came to our assistance were we was warmly greeted , he then explained the product with good knowledge , then was able to allow us a demonstration within the tempur pod , once the demonstration was complete he then assisted us to choose our type of purchase with his expertise , we then completed the purchase with ease , which was simple and straightforward , we really enjoyed the warm welcome by Paul

Paul gave us good advice when we asked for it.

Jo was great to deal with. She could answer all the questions we had with ease and was not at all pushy. We had our children with us, and they were allowed to play nicely, and the staff interacted with them too. When it can to price, both Jo and the manager did all they could to get it to a price we both agreed on. We have not yet taken delivery, but it's only a couple of weeks away!

Helpfulness of the sales assistant, no pressure made to feel comfortable ,

We were left to explore with no hassle but the moment we had questions they were there to help. Also massive plus for us is that they were happy for our puppy to explore with us!

We have used the store a couple of times and we think the staff are really friendly and helpful. We were hoping for a discount on the bed because it was very expensive unfortunately it was not on sale but some discount would have been nice. The lady dud give us free delivery which helped. But overall pleasant experience.
