Sales people were helpful, but not over-bearing. Allowed us to look, think come back and stayed slightly after closing to complete.

The assistant located the product we were looking for and asked us to test it for comfort and suitability. Explained everything to us, overall a good experience.

We found our visit to Dreams, St Andrews Quay, Hull very pleasant, Paul who assisted us gave us plenty of advice and time ( we took about half a day to decide on the matress), he was very attentive and helpful, especially taking into account my disabled wifes needs. We never felt rushed or pressured and while the product we bought was expensive, we feel that it should be the right one.

the products were very clearly explained on large boards. As we were just looking for a mattress this made our visit to Dreams very easy. Donna the sales assistant was very helpful without being "pushy" which is what we like. We were given plenty of time to discuss our purchase between ourselves. When we decided on which mattress we wanted the sale went through very quickly and we were even offered a hot drink which although we declined was a nice thought. Well done to Donna ( the sales assistant) and we look forward to our mattress being delivered.

On entering the store, staff on the floor were busy changing displays, both spoke to us and welcomed us into store, but didn't jump on us. We were the only customers in store, and appreciated the time to browse, without any pressure. After a couple of times around the store, Paul asked us if he could help at all...we explained an issue with our current bed & our lack of trust in another bed retailer, & our concerns over buying a new bed. He reassured us, answered our random questions, (without making me feel stupid) explained about the diff mattresses & again left us alone to try them, with NO pressure. After lots of giggles we decided on a frame & a mattress, Paul then sat with us, explained everything fully, sorted paperwork etc :) All three staff in store at the time were friendly, yet very professional. We did spend more than we had originally expected to, but we are 100% confident we have the right bed for us & also have the 14 days just in case! Both my husband & I hate being jumped on in store & followed around, by staff just wanting their sale commission, this didn't happen here, a totally stress free shopping experience. Your staff obviously know their product

The assistant left me alone to enable me to try out the products, but was immediately available when I required assistance

Dan was very knowledgeable about the products and did not pressure us to buy a more expensive bed if we did not want to. He showed us other products that were cheaper. Dan was excellent salesperson and we got the bed we think is right for us .
