The assistance and advice offered was very helpful and friendly. We didn't feel rushed. The person who helped us was very good with our son. The products suited our needs very well.

Friendly and helpful staff

The salesperson, Donna introduced herself after I walked into the store and had been browsing for a few minutes. She made me aware that if I had any problems or questions, that she was available. She pointed me in the direction of the product brochure and separate price list and her overall demeanour was very warm and approachable. Once I was ready to discuss my needs with her, I found her knowledgeable and friendly. I returned 1 week later and she approached me and my 3 year old son, (who she fondly remembered from our first visit) and after dealing with a few questions I had helped me place my order.

We telephoned the day before going to Dreams in Hull and we were very satisfied with the advice and help given, along with directions. We travelled from Grimsby and it was definitely well worth the visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, not pushy at all, and we very much appreciated the time they gave to us. Daniel was exceptional, and what we liked most of all was the fact that he was due to leave whilst we were still deciding on which mattress to have and he stayed an extra hour after he was due to go home. We were also very impressed with the choice and cleanliness of the store and we would highly recommend Dreams to our friends and relatives.
