From entering the store to leaving all staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome very easy to talk to and even made our children feel at ease day after returned to collect the mattress call to say was on our way and staff was outside mattress all bagged up and on trolly very quick and easy helped with loading highly recommended

I went in the store in St Andrews Quay, Hull with a view to look at and test some Tempur mattresses with a view to buying the one that suits my needs as I suffer with frequent back and neck pain due to an injury and have not slept well in years. The store had a large selection for me to test. I was greeted by a lovely sales assistant by the name of JOANNE, who after listening to what I needed showed me to the selection of Tempur beds and was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the differences and features each one had in depth. This was of great help to me as I wasn't sure which one I needed. Unlike other stores where the assistants frequently hound you, all the staff at the store I visited in Hull were very friendly but after they gave you the information you need they left you to your own devices and gave you space to try the products out. I liked that, that was a nice touch which made my time there very enjoyable and I would recommend the store and the service they give to all my friends looking for a new bed. Joanne was a star, as were the rest of the staff. I was very happy with my visit there and the products I purchased.

I was very pleased with the help I received. I was encouraged to try the beds for suitability and was not rushed or pressed into making a decision too quickly.

Because I was greeted by a member of staff who wanted to help, but wasn't intrusive, giving me space and time to make my choice, but was there if needed. I never felt pressured at all.
