Dreams - Hull

Very friendly staff who gave us a lot of attention and information on the beds. We weren't sure what we wanted and Dan helped us identify the best bed and mattress for us. We also had our children with us and he was really good with them, even when they wanted to climb the bunkbeds.

Colleague (Store Manager) made himself known but did not hang around or pressure us into a sale. He gave us advice and product information and we found him very friendly and helpful.

The service was fantastic from all staff - they were extremely helpful in answering my question's and took a lot of time to help me find the best product. Overall it was excellent and I will be returning for any future purchases

We have shopped at Dreams before and always find the service excellent. David, was very approachable and knowledgable. We were undecided on which tempur matress to go for but David gave us the information we needed and the time and space to let us decide.

Having visited a Dreams store recently I knew exactly what I was looking for. Paul the Manager of the store was very friendly and welcoming and offered immediate assistance with the frame I was looking for. Was a clean concise sale with great knowledge of all the products that helped me choose my new pillows to with the bed. I left very happy with my purchases.
