Dreams - Hull

We were politely greeted on our arrival but NOT pounced on straight away. We were respectfully approached by (Craig) who eased his way in to be very supportive in finding a suitable product to meet our purchase needs. He was friendly kind to and involved our daughter appropriately. On making our choices he remained professional and efficient. He kindly carried part of our order out to our car. All good!

We were shown products within the price range we asked about. We were allowed to look at and try out other products. We were helped at every step and left to think when we needed time. The space and distancing opportunity within the shop, the use of screens at service points and the availability of hand gel was reassuring

The service and knowledge of James who dealt with us. We intended to shop around a little but James treated us so well that we decided we were happy to go ahead there and then. James spent a lot of time understanding what we needed and then came up with a solution.

The products we were after were available straight away for ourselves. The colleague was very helpful in upgrading our tv bed to what suited our needs. Delivery time was 4 weeks, slightly longer than we wanted but a lot quicker than other companies. Colleague also explained the warranty available and offered us other products.

Very pleasant and helpful

Staff very knowledgable and helpful, explaining type of mattress he thought would be best for 12 year. Even took the time for us to demonstrate beds. Always took the time to find out what our needs was and suggested the best bed for him.

We visited Dreams in Hull to “look” at purchasing a new bed and mattress. After browsing for a while Daniel approached us, explained about the bed machine and asked if we would like to try it. As we weren’t sure which mattress we needed we agreed to give it a go. Using the results we then tried various mattresses upon Daniels recommendation from the machine that suited us the best. After deciding on the perfect mattress we then choose a bed, again Daniel was very informative but never over bearing. He then explained delivery, assembly and insurance options and we were very pleased to find we would also receive 4 free pillows with our order. We were planning on visiting a few other stores to compare items, but after receiving a first class service from Daniel we both felt this was the perfect bed and mattress for us and would not hesitate to recommend your stores or Daniel.

We would like to thank Craig for all his help during our two visits to the Hull store. Left alone enough to make our own decisions and was always available when we had questions. He was very knowledgeable about the subject.

Great service

The person we dealt with was fantastic, the right amount of attentiveness and he knew his stuff. We had our children with us as well and they weren’t a problem for him and he helped to keep them busy
