Dreams - Hull

my wife recenly had major back surgery in september after sufering with lower back pain after surgery and sleeples nights we decided to look at a new bed as we last got one ten years ago we looked on line at reclinning beds to help her get out of bed but tried oneout in the shop to find this was not really any use feeling abit deflated donna the sales assistant showed us some more beds within minutes of listening to our needs she showed us a bed we both layed on it and felt the difrance straight away we knew this was the one so we purchased it it arived 16 days later as they promissed on time and we have been having the best nights sleep sins my wifes operation so whant to say a big thank you to donna and jess at dreams on st andrews key hull

Mu wife and I were highly satisfied at the information given to us by the store staff. We were not put under any pressure to buy but whenever we had a query the staff were only too obliging to answer our questions. All in all a very satisfying experience.

your sales staff jess @ donna were excellent on selling us the product we were purchasing their knowledge was 1st class. Their attitude towards us was excellent it was like talking to close friends yours sincerely mr mrs merrylees

I was helped by Jess, very lively and helpful, made the whole experience a positive pleasure and knew her stuff too. I had in mind what I wanted - she showed me the available options and I came away with what I needed and a fairly reasonable delivery date too.

The assistant was both helpful and knowledgable and happy to help despite the store hours of opening been passed she continued to help till our shopping was completed

We were given good service and explanations as to what was going on after we had placed our order. The two people who looked after us were friendly and polite and showed us around the store explaining the differences in the mattresses. We came away feeling as though we had bought everything we went for and we were happy with both the service and the price.
