The information given by your staff and the friendly approach

We're a young couple buying our first brand new bed so we weren't entirely sure what we were looking for. We had the assistant manager Dave assisting us and he was really friendly, down to earth, and not pushy like some salesmen can be. We had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to return to this Dreams store in the future.

We had a problem the same day with a bed & matress order from next & Joanne was really helpful assisting us with choosing the right matress not at all the experience we had at next !! We were very impressed so we also ordered a bed for our spare room while we were there and Joanne helped us choose the most practical storage bed for our needs. We found both members of staff present at the time helpful and with good knowledge of the products.

Our assistant was very friendly and helped us choose the right items for us. Jo was her name.

Dave was a consummate professional, not pushy but clearly a real expert when it comes to beds. Dave took the time to make sure that we had the right bed for us, and made sure that we were both 100% happy with what we've got.

We were assisted by a staff member called Joanne. She was friendly, helpful and very professional and had a great knowledge of Dreams products and what would best suited our needs after asking a number of questions. We have to say we were most impressed with her and because of her help and knowledge we shall return when we replace our beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
