We had visited a number of alternatives, all of whom were determined to sell us mattresses we could not afford. Allan, at Dreams, was courteous, friendly and very helpful. He measured our requirements and then took us through the available range. We could not be more satisfied.

We needed a new mattress to replace our failing 15 month old Emma mattress, after using the Dreams online selector, we had a recommended choice of two for trial at our local retailer. The salesperson Allan was extremely professional, and carefully listened to our wants and needs. After using the Sleepmatch technology and trying out both recommended items, Allan then suggested we try numerous other options based on his knowledge and experience without any pressure. We finally choose the Therapur ActiGel Plus Response 4200D mattress together with a Pair of Tempur Comfort cooltouch Firm pillows with his recommendation. This mattress immediately felt comfortable with the correct firmness needed. Hopefully our choice will enable us to regain correct sleep patterns for many years to come. Cannot recommend Allan highly enough, he was attentive, professional and very experienced. This was a very satisfactory purchasing experience at Dreams Beds.
