Jess provided excellent customer service, explaining the product and various delivery options. She did her best to secure the most competitive price and explained all the benefits of additional products without ever being pushy. She understood my needs precisely and overall, did a brilliant job.

Jess the salesgirl was excellent in her knowledge and made us feel unrushed. What I liked was Jess never pushed for sale had excellent customer service and gave us sound assuring advice. I am the sort of person who would walk straight out of shop if pestered in anyway. The quality and selection of goods was excellent and fairly priced. Again would like to say how impressed we were with Jess knowledge she was only just 21 but you felt confident in what she told you and you gpfekt she had been well informed of what products were all about. Thank you Jess fir making our experience good. First time in forty years we haven't had to go away and look somewhere else before buying, that just shows how confident we felt about the the bed we were shown.

Friendly staff who knew what they where talking about.

The colleague, david at the hull st andrews quay store, was friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and he got a good balancw between leaving us alone and helping us out as we are quite fussy. Good quality beds only thing is the mattresses could be cheaper!

The member of staff who gave me assistance in choosing a bed was very helpful and friendly and dealt with my purchase efficiently.

The assistant Paul who helped us was very helpful, he didnt give us the hard sell, he told us to try all the beds in the section that we wanted, and left us too it. He gave my 2 children a balloon each which I really liked. He showed my children the temper beds that went up and down so that gave us 5 minutes to try the beds. I liked them but paid a little bit more than we expected to pay

jo was the name of the assistant she explained everything to us and then left us to browse but she was on hand all the time if we needed her this to me is extremely important cos i didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything she was very professional

I'm highly satisfied because the staff were friendly and knowledgeably, the selection to choice from was of a wide range and we have come away with a lovely comfy matteress .

The sales assistant understand my wishes and quickly recommended them and because I was with the little toddler all staff was very welcoming and gave him balloons so he was busy chasing it while I was filling all documentation.
