We spoke to Dave who was very helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. We came back several times during the afternoon after shopping around and each time we were greeted very curiously.

We are an older couple looking for a bed to meet both our needs. I have back problems and came to Dreams after purchasing a bed with another company where on reflection the staff appeared less knowledgeable than "Dreams" staff. My other bed has been returned as totally unsuitable hence my trip to yourselves. I found the choice excellent. Staff very attentive and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. All our needs were listened to and we were given all the time we needed both to browse and try. An excellent experience. Thank you Dan and Paul.

We came to the store looking for a new bed, the expert knowledge shown and advice given by Dave - Dreams Hull Salesman without pressure selling was exceptional, honest and supportive. We felt at ease and able to make a decision without no pressure selling just taking our time under good advice to ensure we got the right product at the right price.

I visited the store prior to my purchase and was dealt with by a lady called Jo her helpfulness and knowledge was my reason for returning to purchase the mattress and she link sold me a pillow which cost 84.00 and my sister was also with me bought 2 of these pillows too very good customer care from Jo

When we entered the store we were left to initially wander and look at the products - we when then approached by Jess who offered useful and comprehensive support and knowledge about the range of products available which led to a prompt choice. Thank you.

We were greeted by Paul the store manager who answered whatever questions we had and was very helpful. He was very understanding that we had a young child who wouldn't sit still and gave him something to draw on while we were ordering our bed. Overall very happy with the experience and look forward to our new bed.

Dave, the sales guy, was friendly and knowledgable. He was not at all pushy. He helped us make the right decision on a mattress rather than push us to buy the most expensive. He was keen to understand what was important to us about the mattress purchase. We hadn't planned on buying the bed as well but it was too good an offer to not! The bed has arrived today and the excellent service has continued with the delivery guys. Very polite. Cracked on and got things set up. Explained how things worked and checked what side we wanted the bed workings on. Impressed from start to finish and would definately recommend.
