The store manager, Paul was very helpful and left us alone until we needed his advice and help, rather than pounce on us when we came in. He was very accommodating with regards to our questions and even offered to stay open late to ensure we could order today. Everything we asked of him he answered honestly and fully so I'm highly satisfied

Assistant manager at the Hull St Andrews Quey store was very knowledgable and friendly. All though the original bed I wanted was non longer in stock (clearance item), the advise I received from the member of staff meant that I retuned and purchased a mattress from your store. And was very pleased. Lead time on mattress was disappointing but to be expected

Staff were happy to help , but not pushy sales staff, also knew products they were selling.

Paul was very friendly, great sense of humour and was very helpful during our visit. Other stores often dismiss younger customers however, Paul and staff at Dreams were happy to help, took us seriously and was very honest. Thoroughly enjoyed shopping with Dreams and will do again in the future.

We knew which bed frame we wanted before walking into the store but didn't know the first thing about mattresses. Jess talked us through the different types of mattresses so that we could pick one both my wife and I are more than happy with.

We were shopping for a bed for our son and the assistant Paul addressed our son directly. He assessed what our son's needs were and insisted that he was sure with his choices and giving him lots of opportunity to try beds properly. Nothing was too much trouble.
