Dreams - Hull

Jess was very helpful and explained everything in detail.

I was highly satisfied with my experience shopping for a mattress at Dreams because -There was a wide range of products (different firmnesses and different types of springs ect) and everything was colour coded and labelled so it was easy to tell what each product was. - Members of staff where easy to find but didn't approach me until I asked for help (they weren't pushy) - The member of staff that dealt with me came across as very friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to the products. - The store looked very clean.

Hi because the assistant had the same surname as myself it was coincidence,as he was very good at his job,and dealing with people and there needs,you may think giving him 10 out of 10 was because we were related,not so,took his time,explained everything perfectly,and although other people were waiting he did not hurry the transaction,thank you,well done.Dave Green,ha,ha

Staff (Dan particularly but actually the whole team at hull) was exceptional, he took the time to understand our needs, offer advice and also get to know us... He demonstrated patience as we had our young children with us and was not once forceful. He had exemplary product knowledge and I would 100% recommend the dreams store and Dan in particular to friends and family.

It was a good visit as Jess (a worker at dreams) was very kind and let us know everything we needed to know about the bed we purchased

We went looking for a bed and were directed to what we wanted by the sales staff who were friendly and attentive. The sales process was dealt witrh speedily and we are awaiting delivery

No hard sales pitch, just highly knowledgeable member of staff that met our requirements totally.

We received great service from both Jess and Paul. They were both informative, but also gave us time to think, put us under no pressure, and then helped in every way...so much so, we bought two beds!

Salesperson extremely polite and displayed exceptional knowledge of the products available and then tailored it to our specific needs. All this without being pushy or oppressive which can occur at times in stores.
