The shop assistant demonstrated an excellent understanding of each product and the construction and properties of the different materials used therein. She listened to our needs and made suggestions where necessary. We compared the beds in the store with similar products in another store but found their options to be less flexible. On our return, the service was excellent, the price we paid was more than competitive and although it was just on closing time she happily stayed on late to complete our purchase.
