I FOUND THE STAFF (DAVE) IN PARTICULAR TO BE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. OUR NEEDS WERE MET IN A RELAXED ATMOSPHERE. VERY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS IN STORE.

Staff in store knowledgable and friendly, good service. Delivery drivers were great.

Brilliant customer services not to in your face (like another bed store close by) allowed you to browse freely but let you know they was there if you needed anything Friendly to chat too very approachable

I was highly satisfied with the service because i was offered assistance and given the information i needed for choosing the right bed for my specific needs and the left to try out the beds without having someone constantly trying to sell me everything in the shop. The person who was dealing with me was very helpful and he offered friendly and amusing comments every now and again to let me know that he was there if i needed him. When i was ready i approached him and he thoroughly explained what was going to happen with delivery and all of my options should i not be satisfied when i receive the bed. Overall very happy with my experience. I walked out knowing exactly what bed i was getting, when it was arriving and with the reassurance that if i was not happy, there was something i could do about it. :)

I was able to browse on my own but when I needed assistance the vendor listened carefully to what I required. He let me try lots of different mattresses and he knew the products well.

We were left to browse at leisure but help was available as soon as we needed it. I only went in to buy a bed but the deals were so good I bought a lovely set of matching furniture. The way the goods were displayed in the store enabled me to see a full room layout which was really helpful.

The sales man didn't try to sell us the most expensive option and recommended the cheaper option would be best for our needs.
