The colleague was very helpfull but not pushing us to buy a bed.although we came to the store late we wrer not rushed as it was getting near closeing time nothing was too much trouble for him.very pleased with the choice they had on show

EXCELLENT SERVICE THROUGHOUT, SPENT 1 HOUR EARLIER IN THE DAY AND RETURNED LATER FOR A FURTHER 1.5 HOURS. THE CHOICE AND QUALITY OF THE BEDS WHERE VERY GOOD. THE SALES ASSISTANT WAS ALSO EXCELLENT, VERY HELPFUL, POLITE & FRIENDLY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RETURN AND WILL RECOMMEND TO FAMILY & FRIENDS. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO HAVE MY BED DELIVERED.

I wasn't pestered just asked if I needed help and was assisted quickly with simple answers , once at the cash desk another member of staff helped with keeping my 17 month old boy occupied with balloons and a pen and paper he could scribble on ,again I was given fast simple options and not pestered to take any extra pieces I did not require , I was in and out in 20 minutes satisfied with my product , delivery time and the 3 members of staff who helped make the process swift so I could enjoy the rest of my weekend

Warm friendly staff, really happy to advise and show products of interest to us. Helped us to find the right bed and mattress to fit our needs.

A young girl Jess was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable was completely satisfied with our visit she made our day ;)

Sales assistant (think he was called Dan ) was a good listener and knew exactly what i wanted tried 4 mattresses out before making my choice was not rushed which was really nice and this helped my decision.

The salesman discussed at length our needs, showed us several samples, explained the differences in quality, price etc, was very knowlegeble about the products he was selling
